I actually liked it for a few weeks but now there does not seem to ever be a taxi available in Vilnius Lithuania when I need one. I used to get a cab pretty quick but only on major streets. Now it says there are no cabs even on major streets. I havent found an available cab in 2 weeks.

I use it all the time in Tbilisi. Most helpful app when i am drunk))) and in lovely mood. Drivers are nice guys. Use this APP, especially when drunk and do not want too much talk)))

In the new version the process of selecting a car lacks any transparency. I cant see drivers ratings, price, or distance before selecting the car. Disappointing because I dont want request just a random car and then enjoy "surprises".

Dont like the new way, I cant chose the car I like. Dont want play lottery.

Just called an economy taxi (2-3 Lari street rates) and paid 4 Lari for it (minimum 25% extra charged). The price isnt so much the issue - but it is a sticking point. We live on a hill. A call taxi comes to the top of the hill for 4 Lari. In this case we walked to the bottom with our bags and waited. Put another way - 4 Lari takes us to the center of the city (30-40 minute walk). We went not a greater distance than a 5-10 minutes walk. Worse, no way to enter our destination in advance, or see how a driver is rated. Thus we get overcharged. Not only that - but WE cant rate the driver. We waited so long for this taxi that for the same price and time I could have walked down the hill, got a taxi back up the hill, and still reached our destination before the Taxify driver would have arrived. We actually watched the driver driver someone else to their destination on GPS before he came to us. Telling us this in advance would have been nice. After all, we rushed to not be rude and leave the driver waiting. Then he was late AND we got overcharged? Not impressed. Sorry :/

Since last update, you are not able to choose drivers. All you get is Basic or Premium drivers. And because of that you cant see the pricing, for where I live thats quite important. Wont use this app anymore.

App crashes after confirm address is pressed.

Great app. Only thing thats missing is picking out the size of the car when there are 4 people.. Example: compact, mid, large...

Getting "Request failed - bad gateway (502)" all the time. Tried another day - equally useless. Told me the driver has arrived even though he has not. After 2 mins od waiting decided to call the number offered in the app but the answering machine told me the number did not exist. This app is probably a joke.
